Swift Auto Leasing offers long-term car leasing services in 3-month increments up to 12 months to visitors and residents of Grand Cayman. We can accommodate daily rates and leases below 3 months depending on availability.

Our Services Include:

• Fully Comprehensive Insurance
• Roadside Support (8am–10pm)
• Maintenance & Repairs
• CI$400 Security Deposit

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and complying with the laws and regulations of the Cayman Islands.

When using Quick Pay, please ensure to input the correct amount. Overpayments will either be applied to your next payment or refunded upon request.

Payment and Billing

• Our most current rates are listed on our vehicle rates page.
• Security Deposit: KYD$400 per lease
• Additional Insurance Premium: Depending on insurer's criteria

Payment is due on the lease start date, and subsequent monthly payments are due on the same day each month. Automated payments will be deducted on the lease start date each month until lease termination or cancellation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Swift Auto Leasing unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your service if we find any violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our services, at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grand Cayman.
