Refund & Cancellation Policy

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of KYD$400 is held for the duration of your lease. It is returned after the vehicle is returned and inspected, less the cost of any damage, outstanding balance, fines, or fees for which you are responsible.

Payments & Overpayments

Lease payments are due on your lease start date and on the same day each month thereafter. If you overpay — for example through Quick Pay — the extra amount is applied to your next payment or refunded on request.

Cancelling a reservation

A reservation is a request to lease and is not confirmed until we review it. You may cancel an unconfirmed reservation at any time at no charge by contacting us. To end a confirmed lease early, please contact us — early-termination terms depend on your lease and are handled case by case.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Card refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank.
